We found the process of booking the cottage simple and appreciated the emails as we approached our holiday. The property was accurately described and reasonably priced will book again.

Butts Cottage is an ideal property for a couple or a small family. Everything needed for a break was included in the cottage and had a very useful enclosed garden, which is great for families and those with pets. The location was ideal for exploring North Devon, with most attractions within easy reach. We enjoyed the amazing Woolacombe Beach, Bideford, Appledore, Instow and even the hilly but worth seeing Clovelly! Would certainly recommend this property for any length of break. The main town was in walking distance but far enough away not to be too busy an area. There was even a welcome pack for the dog!
