Part of a gated complex with shared gardens, it understands beach culture only too well as it has an outdoor shower for washing off sand as well as an indoor private storage area for surfboards and other beach paraphernalia. A simple and fresh interior gives guests the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Walk down to the awaiting sands below the house where you can set up camp for the day. A restaurant and bar are a short stroll or just take a beach picnic with you. More shops and restaurants can be found in the nearby village of Braunton 3 miles away, and the larger town of Barnstaple is an 8-mile drive with lots of things to do, including museums, a trampoline park and cycling on the Tarka Trail. The surfing beach of Croyde is just 6 miles around the coast with the crashing waves and dramatic cliffs of The National Trust’s Baggy Point easily accessible from the village.
