This beautiful home is located in the lovely village of Braunton, which is renowned for its surfing lifestyle. It is a fantastic destination from which to discover Braunton Burrows (1.5 miles away) and lose yourself in the spectacular dunes. The area is highly popular for surfing and other water sports, offering lovely golden sands where young children can play with their buckets and spades. Golf enthusiasts will love the nearby Saunton Golf Club, which features a beautiful 36-hole course and is open to non-members. Further along the coastline, you will find more stunning locations, including Croyde (2.5 miles) and Woolacombe (7 miles), both boasting golden beaches alongside a variety of independent shops and eateries. If you are looking for adventure, Watermouth Bay (11 miles away) offers coasteering, while younger guests will love a day out at Watermouth Castle adventure park, which hosts many activities throughout the year, including a Halloween spectacular. Walking enthusiasts will also adore this area, thanks to the South West Coast Path and its spectacular cliff views—perfect for exploring with your four-legged friends.

This floor also hosts a further zip-and-link bedroom (which can be configured as a twin upon request) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC.

Take the stairs to the fourth bedroom, which features a double bed, a Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. There is also a sofa bed available here if required. Step out into the garden to find a separate annexe housing the fifth bedroom, which offers a king-size bed and an en-suite shower and WC. The annexe also features a multi-games table for some fun competition with your loved ones, as well as a fridge and tea-making facilities.

The outside space has a wonderful, laid-back surf feel to it, featuring a dual-heat BBQ, outdoor sofas, dining tables, and a bubbling hot tub to soak away your aches and pains.

There is also a handy outdoor shower with hot water, perfect for washing off those sandy toes.
