There is also a convenient ground floor cloakroom with WC. On the first floor of the property, there are three bedrooms. The first of these is a large family room, within which there is a king size bed, a single bed, and a cot, as well as a Smart TV; great for occupying the children whilst adults catch a few extra minutes sleep! Further to this room, there is 1 king size and 1 twin room, one of which also has a TV. The bathroom, which is also located on the first floor, has a bath with shower attachment and WC. Outside, the property has a lovely enclosed garden, with spacious lawns, seating, and a BBQ. The property s hot tub is situated in its own building and has a changing space and shower. A barn adjoining the property also houses the indoor heated pool (open from Easter to end October), as well as the sauna. Two more adjoining barns have been made into games rooms, offering a pool table, table tennis, a Wendy house, and a range of toys there really is something for everyone here. The farm itself occupies 120 acres of land. Need to know: 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7 1 family room with kingsize bed, single bed, and cot, 1 king size and 1 twin room. 1 bathroom with bath, shower attachment and WC and a ground floor WC. 2 further shower rooms and WC next to the hot tub and pool room.
