The shower needs re grouting and the outside garden needs a good cut and tidy up.

Bungalow was OK , needed some decor in places, TV far too small for the room, garden needs a good overhaul cut back, plants across the bungalow wall could be removed and replaced with more grass or slabs to give more space for dogs and humans to sit, over hanging trees/bushes need cutting back, and the outside seating could be upgraded to be more comfortable

Whimple itself is a lovely village and the scenery, beautiful. It would be useful to have signage on the entrance gate to the properties so you know youâre in the right place, also the directions for reaching the place are somewhat confusing if you donât know the area. It would be beneficial to include in the property description that the accommodation and small garden area is suitable for small dogs, as well as updating the photo of the garden area.
