Perfectly positioned to catch the morning sun, the spacious wraparound deck is just the spot for enjoying a morning coffee, and equally as inviting is the bubbling hot tub which sits under its own covered shelter.

Days are spent soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of nearby Exeter or exploring the scenic paths on Dartmoor while evenings are enjoyed snuggled up in cosy contentment either on the deck under the starry sky or inside on the sofa. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and contemporary, with the oak doors and wood flooring in perfect keeping with the lodge’s rustic design. A comfortable living area with sofa and TV welcomes afternoons and evenings of relaxation, with the well-proportioned kitchenette inviting home-style fry-ups. The master bedroom features a double bed with its own en suite shower room.

Access to the lodge is down a gravel foot path. Both lodges on Huntsland Farm have central heating and good mobile wi-fi signal

The front decked patio leads through sliding doors into the open plan living area which is furnished with a two-seater sofa, side table, TV cabinet, an internet connected Smart flat screen TV with access to subscription channels like Netflix and Amazon Prime (guests will need to log in with their own account details). This room is open plan with the kitchen

A spacious, covered front deck is furnished with a bistro table and seating for two. The panoramic views of the rolling landscape from the deck are stunning

Next to the main lodge building is the hot tub cabin where a large private electric hot tub is housed

Parking for one car in front of the nearby barns which is 1-2 minutes walk away from the property.
