About this property
Hayloft is above the original stables on the first-floor. Inside is bright and airy with lovely apex beams. The living area is open-plan with glazed doors to a little balustrade looking over parkland. There are two bedrooms, both with Velux windows a double (zip-linked 6 bed or twin on request) with en suite bathroom, and a small twin with 2' 6" beds, linkable to a 5' double on request, access on one side only, with en suite shower-room. Outside you are of course welcome to use the extensive lawns and grounds.
Ottery St Mary sits beside the River Otter and is well known for its literary connections to the poet Coleridge and for its beautiful church often referred to as a Exeter cathedral lookalike. Ottery St Mary is also famous for its traditional 'Tar Barrels' which attracts more than 3000 visitors on 5th November each year.
