Set in a premier location only yards from the seafront, overlooking the sea, croquet lawn and cricket field. A short level walk to the shops, indoor pool and all amenities. Family attractions include the Donkey Sanctuary and the Crealy Adventure Theme Park. The cathedral city of Exeter is only 15 miles, and offers a Maritime Museum, theatre, shops and restaurants. Sidmouth offers shops and pubs with a public car park opposite.
