Hall; snug living room with open fire and TV/DVD; dining room with serving hatch to fitted kitchen (slimline dishwasher, microwave, larder fridge, induction hob/fan oven); step up to shower-room (suite). Stairs up to two bedrooms – a cosy double, and a roomy twin (washbasin); bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). A traditional cottage in an unspoilt village, good for visiting Devon and Dorset.
