Two luxurious bedrooms overlook the gardens each with their own patio doors leading onto the veranda and garden. Each with individual en-suites, the master is fitted with a walk in shower, his and hers basins and a deep tub with wall mounted TV. Each bathroom is fitted with intercom and external telephones should you wish to make contact with the outside world whilst enjoying a soak in the bath. For your supreme comfort the master bedroom is also furnished with independently electrically adjustable mattresses. Sliding doors reveal a beautiful timber veranda outside, lit with LED and overhead lights and patio furniture for relaxing whilst the sun sets across the rolling countryside. There is an outdoor shower to hose off muddy paws or cool off during hot summer months. The garden is fully enclosed with an unfenced pond within, therefore children must be supervised at all times. The village of Whimple is 1.5 miles where you will find a great foodie pub, village store and a main line station with services to Exeter and Waterloo. Ottery St Mary, famous for its annual Tar Barrel tradition in November is 4 miles, and the market town of Honiton is 8 miles. The Jurassic Coast is within easy reach with seaside villages of Branscombe, Sidmouth and Beer roughly 13 miles. Perfectly located with the A30 just 2 miles, The Granary is a convenient base for couples, business or a luxury family holiday in the beautiful East Devon countryside.

The town of Ottery St Mary is a walkers’ paradise, positioned in some of the finest most scenic countryside and close to the 20 mile stretch of Jurassic Coast, England’s first natural World Heritage Site. Famous for its annual ‘Tar Barrel’ tradition, held each November, the town offers plenty of independent shops and pubs and nearby is the popular Otter Nurseries has a good restaurant and tea room.
