Recently refurbished to a high standard, the property offers a bright, open living space. The bedroom is situated on the ground floor, while the bathroom and kitchen/living room are on the upper floor. The kitchen is equipped with essential cooking and dining amenities. Despite the farm’s proximity to a busy road, the owners have thoughtfully provided shutters and curtains in the bedroom to minimize noise and ensure a restful night’s sleep. The outdoor seating area is shared with the owner’s main house, and guests have access to a rustic charcoal BBQ.

Really lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Our 1 year old also enjoyed seeing the animals! Hosts were friendly and helpful and location is great. Easy drive to nearby attractions. Thank you!

Nice stay at the Annex. Host was very friendly and check-in easy. Its on a working farm, (so bare in mind it does have a farm smell around) we enjoyed as it was Easter and we were able to show our baby boy the calfs and lambs. Kind host left us tea, coffee, milk and even a chocolate egg. The property was lovely and clean with good facilities and comfy bed. Not for light sleepers as the main road can be very busy. Great for couples looking for a short stay with close proximity to the beach and countryside.
