3 bedroom deluxe plus model caravan on Karo Place is available to hire at Haven Devon Cliffs, Sandy Bay, Exmouth.

We provide complimentary wifi subject to signal strength/availability.

We are child friendly and can provide a high chair, travel cot and bedsides for your use at no extra cost.

Lounge - There is a large amount of wrap around seating in the lounge, electric fire, DVD player and tv.

Kitchen - Under counter fridge, microwave, 4 ring hob and oven. All utensils are provided including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Dining Area - Freestanding table with fixed seating and extra stools.

Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a double bed. The other bedrooms have 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed. Also bed settee in the lounge. Sleeps up to 8.

The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases unless the linen option is purchased.

Bed linen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at a small additional cost if required.

Please also bring with you tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet and wash basin.

Situation - The caravan is situated on Karo Place 5-7 mins walk to the complex. Parking area is located very close to the caravan.

The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday so no queuing at reception. Check in is 3pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
