Lovely sea views from our lovely 3-bedroom caravan, located in a quiet spot just off the coastal footpath yet only a few minutes walk from all park facilities. The caravan has a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. 3 bedrooms (one double and 2 twins). Bathroom with shower/WC/WHB and additional toilet with WHB. Double Sofa bed in lounge. Full double glazing and central heating.

Perfect location for both walkers and sunbathers. South West coastal footpath 500 metres away, Sandy Bay beach 750 metres.

Exe Estuary , Exeter City attractions and Dartmoor National Park within easy reach. Locally Exmouth town has a good collection
