Park the car and make your way to your new coastal abode. Upon entering, you will be met with a spacious and bright open-plan living area consisting of a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Pop on the kettle to make a cuppa, fuelling you for the day ahead, the kitchen is equipped with an oven and gas hob to help you whip up a hearty homemade meal and a kettle and a toaster for a quick bite. Gather on the built-in corner sofa, or pull out a bench-style seating, to dine at the dining table as you tuck in, and map out the adventures ahead. After the dessert is digested, warm up by the electric fire in the sitting area and unwind on the spacious built-in seating, as you decide on a film to take you into the evening. As the day draws to a close, freshen up in the shower room to rinse away the sea salt from your skin, then choose from a double bedroom or twin room to rest and rejuvenate for the night. On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset.
