Lovely detached house, with great garden, parking for up to three cars on the driveway. A short walk from the shops and Inns in the small historical town of Colyton and nearby River Coly. Windy Ridge has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from the rear garden and some rooms in the house, a great place to relax and unwind.

We had a fantastic stay in this little gem of a house in Colyton - such a charming village with amazing access to all the good things on the Devon / Dorset coast. The house was perfect for our family of five, the kids loved the bunk room and we were extremely comfortable in the master bedroom with stunning views out to the countryside. The house is brilliantly kitted out with a great kitchen and fantastic utility room - plenty of room for wetsuits and beach gear after a busy day by the sea and a lovely light living room for chilling out. We were grateful for the plentiful fresh towels, comfy bed linen and steaming shower. We loved going for wonderful walks right from the house and further afield along the coast and had some fantastic day trips to local beaches. The kids loved Lyme Regis for the sandy beach, arcade fun and hot chocolates. Charmouth beach is a close second for fossil hunting. I love the brilliant pebble beach at Beer and the beach cafe at Burton Bradstock. There is something for everyone. We will be back!
