However, for couples under 25, sports groups, non-family and large group bookings please call to confirm and if accepted – a £50 security deposit per person will be required upon arrival. No stag or hen parties are permitted.
Please be aware over the weekend of 8th May 2020 Ladram Bay are housing a large sports group which consists of all family parties.

Absolutely brilliant place for families, lots of things to do and extras are very reasonable. The only downside is that it came with no towels ( which I mised when I read the description!). We flew into Bristol so having no towels was a bit of an isue. However all in all it is a brilliant place in a beautiful setting!
