Please note Ladram Bay will not accept any parties under 25.
However, for couples under 25, sports groups, non-family and large group bookings please call to confirm and if accepted – a £50 security deposit per person will be required upon arrival. No stag or hen parties are permitted.
Please be aware over the weekend of 8th May 2020 Ladram Bay are housing a large sports group which consists of all family parties.

Very tidy caravan. Although little smaller than imagined. Very clean inside. Shame about rubbish left around outside. Great location. Certainly go back

The site was lovely only reason for down grade was our doors in our holiday home didn't shut correctly I had to push the brackets to get the doors to shut and the plug hole was broke in our bathroom, but the decoration in the holiday home was lovely. Could do with somewhere to store shoes and the only problem we had was trying to dry our swim stuff as the costume spinner was broke and no washing machine in the holiday home.
