This historical and unique tower, located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has been carefully transformed, to create a stylish, luxurious and comfortable holiday retreat. Sitting atop Beer Head, its commanding position and panoramic views ensure a truly memorable escape. Unwind on the sunny patio terrace in the summer months, and make use of the outside sauna and barbecue, or enjoy an alfresco lunch sitting on the first floor terrace whilst you survey the coastal path. Take the stairs or the lift to the second floor sitting room, where cosy evenings can be enjoyed by the wood burning stove in the sitting room whilst star gazing or watching the television, enjoying a drink from the wine fridge.

The Lookout Tower has three floors, on the ground floor you will find the two well-appointed bedrooms, a king-size room, and a twin room with zip and link beds (available to be made into a 5' King size bed on request), both with Egyptian cotton bedding, ample storage for your belongings, and televisions. An accessible wet room sits between the bedrooms and there is level access and wide doorways throughout.

Leading from the ground floor, you will find a floating staircase, providing access to the first floor where the well-equipped kitchen can be found. Fitted with Neff appliances, a Smeg coffee machine, and a Quooker tap offering carbonated, boiling and filtered cold water making your holiday less laborious. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar, or use the outside terrace with its picnic bench to take in the views whatever the weather. Be sure to make use of the telescope which is also situated on the first floor, and made available for use upon request. The cliff top location of The Lookout Tower is remote, and with minimal light pollution, making this the perfect retreat for both amateur and professional star gazers. On the top floor, the corner sofa in the sitting room incorporates a slide away bed, and there are electrically controlled blinds.

The feature pneumatic vacuum lift is a great addition to the property to save your legs after a busy day of exploring the great outdoors and coastal path, and ensures you can navigate between the floors with ease.

The Lookout Tower is located on a working farm, so please be aware of livestock by driving slowly along the access track.

Please take care if you venture close to the cliff edge on foot, and note that the South West Coast Path runs in front of the property.

The floating stair case can be slippery, please take care with children and infants especially.

With disability access in mind, there is parking outside immediately by the front door, and all doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair.

The shower room is a wet room.

Each floor is connected by a pneumatic vacuum operated lift - the lift is not large enough for a wheelchair but a seat is provided so that with help each floor is accessible.
