The french doors in the lounge open onto a patio area where you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. The area is a haven for local wildlife at all times of the year and it is not uncommon to see deer grazing nearby from the kitchen window.  Pets are welcome.

Location

Just a 15 minute drive away are the popular Jurassic Coastal towns of Charmouth, Lyme Regis and West Bay.  This property is just 3 miles away from the bustling town of Axminster and close by is Hugh Fernley-Whittingstall's River Cottage Canteen and Deli.  There are plenty of delightful local walks and bridleways on the doorstep.

Detached property.  Porch over front door leads into an impressive large open plan living space - lounge area with TV/DVD,  two large sofas, music centre, dining area with table to comfortably seat six.  Separate fitted kitchen with electric hob and built in electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Cloakroom with WC and wash basin.  Staircase from the lounge area up to the first floor.  Bedroom 1: 4ft 6 inch double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.  Bedroom 2: 4ft 6 inch double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath and hand shower mixer attachment, wash hand basin and WC. Outside: patio area with garden furniture.  Parking for one car

Oil fired central heating included. WiFi access included. Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. Babes-in-arms welcome - please bring own travel cot and bedding.

Off-road parking available for one car.  There is also a layby suitable for parking very nearby.  Shop: 2.5 miles.  Hotel with brasserie and bar: 1 mile. Beach at Lyme Regis: 8 mile, Charmouth: 8 miles, West Bay: 16 miles. Supermarket: 3 miles.  Arrival day for weekly bookings: Saturday. Two dogs welcome. No smoking. Arrival 3.00pm - departure 10.00am.
