One of the most popular destinations in the area is the town of Lyme Regis, popular with those who have an interest in fossils and palaeontology, thanks to its prime location on the famous Jurassic Coast. The property is also close to Shute Barton National Trust. The seaside town of Seaton also makes a lovely place for a day out, thanks to its with its vintage tramway which takes visitors on an enjoyable three mile ride through the Axe Valley.
