From the property, you’ll be within easy reach of the popular beaches at Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Beer. There are many attractions within half an hour's drive including Abbotsbury, Crealy, Bicton Park, the cathedral city of Exeter and numerous National Trust properties. It is also an idyllic spot from which to walk and spot birds within the Axe estuary’s nature reserve. This single-storey barn conversion is found at the end of a long, private, unmade drive shared with the owner's neighbouring property. It has it's own access and sits within a peaceful countryside setting. As you enter the property, you will be greeted with the delightful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. At the other end of the property are the bedrooms; a king-size bedroom which has zip-and-link beds that can be made up as 2 singles upon request - this bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with shower over bath and WC. There is also a further king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room with WC. Shower stool available upon request.
Outside you can enjoy the uninterrupted countryside views from the private decked area. On sunny evenings, fire up the BBQ and relax on the garden seating with a glass of wine.
