A pretty little mid terrace cottage very conveniently situated close to the Camel Trail, the Camel estuary and the heart of the vibrant town of Wadebridge. It has the benefit of an enclosed rear garden.

This cottage which sleeps 5 in three bedrooms, has a modern kitchen and bathroom but has managed to keep its charm and character in tact.  The decked section of the rear garden has seating for al-fresco dining, to enjoy those days after exploring this great part of Cornwall.

With beaches such as Rock and Polzeath only about 7 miles away and the exciting harbour towns of Padstow and Port Isaac roughly the same distance, there is plenty to do in this lovley part of the world and in and around Wadebridge too.

Ground floor -

Lounge/dining room: with 1 large sofa, 1 bean chair. Sky TV with Netflix, coffee table, wood burning stove.  Dining table and 5 chairs.

Kitchen: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer,  toaster, kettle, Bosh Tassimo coffee machine (no pods supplied). 

First floor -

Master Double bedroom: with 4ft 6in double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe.

2nd Double bedroom: with 4ft (small) double bed, hanging hooks and chest of drawers.

Single bedroom: with one 3ft single beds, chest of drawers and hanging hooks.

Family Bathroom: Bath and additional separate shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. 

Parking: No parking available, local pay and display parking in Wadebridge, but can pull up close to the property to unload.

Outside: 

Small enclosed rear garden,  a decked area with table and seating.

Included: Bed linen and towels are provided but no beach towels, so we ask you to bring your own. Sky TV, WiFi, electricity and central heating.

Telephone: No land line.  Mobile reception mixed to good.

Hairdryer and iron supplied.

Pets: One pet permitted, at an extra charge of £30 per pet, per week.

Local Facilities: Shops, pubs and restaurants less than 5 minutes walk.
