    Toilet roll holder falling apart. Screw missing on inside toilet door handle.

    Also it is on a bus route (no. 10) between Padstow and Bodmin Parkway so you can do one-way walks and hop on the bus to get back. The property was as described and nicely fitted out in terms of sofa and oak furniture; we found the bed comfy. The shared patio area is cramped (4 benches for 4 apartments). The property lounge sliding doors opened onto the shared patio area so we usually kept the blinds closed to have some privacy. To improve the property we would recommend the following: a) provide more mugs and glasses rather than the 1 per person allocation which does not meet the description of "well-equipped"; b) provide additional coasters for the coffee table and bed side tables otherwise you are constantly moving them from the dining table and back again; c) provide some serving / table spoons as there are none; d) fill the pepper and salt grinders; e) provide better information on how to recycle waste as at the moment it appears that there is none (we brought ours home as a result). f) the kitchen extractor hood fan speed control is missing (!) and can only be turned on via the wall switch at maximum speed and hence is very noisy when in operation - this needs attention; g) the bathroom extractor doesn't work and requires fixing; and h) fit an outside tap for rinsing wetsuits and boards which is a must for Cornwall holiday lets.

    * Not enough crockery * No control over towel warmer * Someone (not the refuse collectors) removing the bags from the bins early in the morning - noisily just outside of the bedroom windows and talking. * No warning that the properties are on an unfinished site. * No facility for dog waste on site * No clear instructions or information - what was there was very curt. * Washing machine but no drying facilities. * Very warm property but no cooling equipment.
