From Malpas, you can take the ferry down to the beautiful tidal River Fal, past Tregothnan Estate (8 miles) to St Mawes (19 miles) and bustling Falmouth (11.5 miles). Head to the National Trust s Trelissick Garden (5 miles), The Lost Gardens of Heligan (14 miles) or the Eden Project (19 miles) for a great day out. The north and south coasts of Cornwall are just a short drive away in either direction (roughly 10 miles depending on destination), both boasting spectacular beaches, sailing facilities and pretty fishing villages. Venture a little further afield to some of Cornwall s most popular attractions, which include St Michael s Mount, Godrevy and St. Ives, all of which are within easy reach. Entering the property, you'll find yourself in the hall where you can hang up your outerwear before heading into the kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is well equipped for rustling up some home cooked food with everything you ll need, including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee,or an evening tipple and the dining area has seating for all.
