Guests say

Virginia Cottage in Cornwall is a well-loved property, praised for its cosy atmosphere, comfortable furnishings, and stunning sea views. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, the proximity to the beach, and the peaceful location. The thoughtful touches, such as the welcome scones, jam, and cream, add to the charm of this idyllic retreat.

Guests consistently note the cottage's cleanliness, describing it as spotless and well-maintained. The immaculate bedding and overall tidiness contribute to the high score in this category.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach and coastal walking paths. The quiet and peaceful setting, along with the beautiful sea views, are frequently mentioned, although parking challenges prevent a perfect score.

The comfort of Virginia Cottage is often highlighted, with guests finding the beds very comfortable and the property warm and welcoming. The ability to hear the sea adds to the relaxing ambience.

The cottage is well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and other amenities. However, some guests noted the absence of an ironing board and central heating, which suggests room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

The thoughtfulness of the hosts is evident in the welcome treats and well-stocked essentials. While these gestures are greatly appreciated, it is politely noted that such extras, though delightful, may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Would happily recommend to anyone and would stay again in the future. Just two minor points, please paint the outside of the cottage and replace the blind in the downstairs front window. Apart from that we had a great stay and thank you. Pat and Mark.

We loved relaxing in the cottage as well as visiting nearby coastal towns and NT properties. The owners had thought of everything to make it a comfortable home and Paul, who looks after the property, made sure we were happy and informed before and after arrival.

The sofa is a bit hard but the other two chairs are nice. Great to have a washing machine and a little freezer! Would stay again thank you so much
