The view from the ‘Lookout’ was stunning. A really peaceful location and we got lucky with wonderful weather and clear days. We spent a few days at Seaton beach only 5-10 mins walk from the house.. The house was well equipped and with the bedrooms being on the lower ground they stayed cool in the heat. Our favourite thing was sitting on the balcony day and night and listening to the waves. The owner was helpful and quick to respond when we had a couple of questions. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to have a better freezer in the kitchen rather separate in the outside utility room. The drive way is a little tricky to navigate but we managed ok - after all you can’t get the views without having a house high up! We will be booking a second visit. We would highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Lookout which says it all really. A lovely spacious living space with everything required in the kitchen. Very clean on arrival and clear and concise instructions communicated. The views are outstanding, sadly the weather didn't co-operate this year but it didn't detract from a fabulous holiday. The local cafe, pubs and Tapas restaurant are all great places to visit serving some lovely food and drink. We would recommend a stay at the Lookout.
