As you make your way upstairs you’ll pass by a versatile utility room on the ground floor and four generously proportioned bedrooms on the first floor. Along with two king-size bedrooms, the property benefits from a twin bedroom with zip-and-link beds and an additional bunk bedroom. At the top of the house, you’re met with a spacious lounge and separate snug, each boasting a Smart TV and comfortable seating, as well as a kitchen/diner. From here you can also access the marvellous terrace, made up of multiple levels of decking with ample furniture and a quality charcoal BBQ.

Set off each day and wander down to Seaton Beach, a popular little spot that’s dog-friendly all year round. There’s even a café, shop and playground here for all of your family’s needs. You’ll only need to jump in the car to find further Cornish attractions, including the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (1.5 miles), the pretty town of Looe (4 miles) and the exciting adventure spot of Adrenaline Quarry (6.5 miles).
