Downstairs are three bedrooms on the ground floor and a fourth bedroom on the lower ground floor along with a fabulous games room with football table, games consoles and mini fridge. The lower ground floor also houses a utility room with both washing machine and tumble dryer and the family shower room, however two of the ground floor bedrooms also have an en-suite.
There is a fabulous balcony with garden furniture to sit out and enjoy the ever-changing sea views. The beach is also your garden and you can park your car (small to medium space) within the underground carpark and enjoy it to your heart’s content.
Additional Information:
Three well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
The communal courtyard is a dog free space.
Cot and high chair available on request.
