This wonderful home commands a glorious position in the centre of the ever popular Tintagel, a Cornish gem which has many attractive features for guests to enjoy. The village has many local cafés, pubs and restaurants but a must visit hot spot is Tintagel Castle. Immerse yourself in history, myths and stunning scenery at the castle which is inextricably linked with the legends of King Arthur. The picturesque fishing towns of Port Isaac (9 miles) and Padstow (21 miles) are also within easy reach, both boasting lovely independent shops and galleries. A little further afield, cultural sites such as Lanhydrock House (21 miles) and The Eden Project (26 miles) are waiting to be explored. Step into this traditional home where you will soon notice the spacious design it has on offer. Initially, you come through into the kitchen/diner which combines with the utility room. This area also contains a WC and has all the appliances guests will need on an ideal stay away. The dining area also sits all guests comfortably. Making your way through to the lounge, you will not be disappointed. This space contains two comfortable sofas and two armchairs from which guests can enjoy their favourite programmes on the Smart TV, or even enjoy the crackling wood burner once lit. The original features such as exposed beams and stonework provide something a little unique in this tremendous escape. Make your way up the stairs to the mezzanine floor, where you will find the bedroom area, which is fitted with a double bed. There is also an additional single bed situated just behind this room when required. Finally, completing this homely property is the bathroom. This property has no garden space. However, Tintagel Haven Beach, also known as Merlin s Cove, is less than 0.5 miles away. This sand and pebble beach is great for rock pooling and exploring and is not usually crowded. The stepped hill to access the beach is quite steep. Need to know: 1 double bedroom. 1 bathroom with bath and WC, and 1 separate WC. Electric oven with electric hob, micro. wave, fridge and freezer. Utility space with washing machine and tumble dryer. Smart TV in lounge. Wood burner (first basket of logs provided). Private parking for 1 car. Beach, shop and pub all under a mile.
