Trewin is a comfortable and spacious bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a five-minute walk from Rock’s shops and amenities. The perfect holiday home for a peaceful, relaxing break in tranquil surroundings, yet within easy reach of North Cornwall’s many beauty spots and attractions, Trewin backs on to St Enodoc Golf Course and accommodates six people in three bedrooms.

Exuding light and space in an abundance, the main open-plan living area comprises a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and a most impressive bright and sunny sitting area with a huge window overlooking the lawn, and patio doors out to the garden. Sink into the comfy chairs with a good book, or while away the hours with your feet up, watching the children play in the safe enclosed garden from the comfort of the sofa.

In the evenings, the three well-furnished bedrooms are great places to retire to and enjoy some rest. The three bedrooms comprise a super king-size double en-suite room, a twin room with 3ft beds, and a twin room with 2ft 6 beds.

Outside is where Trewin truly comes into its own, boasting exceptional views over the golf course, and an expansive lawn lending itself to games with the children. The patio is also a wonderful sheltered spot, where you can settle down with a glass of something chilled, or gather together for an alfresco lunch in the summer sunshine.

The vibrant hub of Rock is a wonderful holiday destination in itself, home to a collection of fabulous shops including a delicatessen, butchers and bakery, as well as offering countless opportunities to get out on the water. Head across to Padstow via the foot ferry and explore the harbour, or why not drive the eight miles to the historic fishing village Port Isaac, famed as the filming location for the long running TV series Doc Martin.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
