Whether you’re looking to relax in the serene garden, explore the nearby beaches, or stay cosy around the crackling wood-burning stove, Trerair is ready to welcome you to Cornwall.
Step inside and be greeted by the warmth of two beautifully styled sitting rooms. The first, with its characterful furnishings, large bay windows, and a cosy wood-burning stove, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The second sitting room boasts a large wall-mounted television and a comfortable sofa, making it an ideal space for family movie nights.
The charming kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a breakfast bar with four stools, perfect for casual dining. The adjoining conservatory dining room boasts garden views and an expansive dining table, ideal for family meals. For added convenience, there’s also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a ground floor shower room. The ground-floor bedroom features two single beds with calming green interiors and direct access to the sunny garden.
Upstairs, the first floor offers three further bedrooms. Bedroom one is a cosy double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three features another comfortable double bed and en-suite shower-room, and bedroom four includes twin single beds with large bay windows pouring in natural light.
Outside, the enclosed garden offers a perfect space for alfresco dining and relaxation. Enjoy meals cooked on the barbecue or try your hand at pizza-making in the pizza oven. The firepit invites you to toast marshmallows under the stars, while the egg-shaped reading chair is a tranquil spot to unwind with a book.
Trerair is ideally located within walking distance to local shops and is a short stroll to the beach via either Porthilly or the St. Enodoc Golf Course. With its peaceful surroundings and ample space to relax, Trerair is a wonderful base for exploring the best of Rock and beyond.

The E Family
We had the most wonderful week at Trerair over the New Year. It is incredibly comfortable, well-located and thoughtfully done, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Everything has been thought of including the smallest details. The big dining table was perfect for long, memorable meals with friends or family and each room was warm, cozy and full of character! Trerair was the perfect base for the many activites Rock has to offer from beautiful walks and surfing to beach days, golf and fantastic pubs and restaurants. That said, some of our favourite moments were spent at the house, relaxing in front of the fire, playing games and making the most of the beautiful house. There were many comments about it being âthe best New Year everâ and I can definitely say that the house played a huge part in making it such a special and unforgettable few days.

An idyllic home with beautiful interiors. The house is perfect for family groups and friends, with each bedroom offering privacy, en-suites and extremely comfortable beds. It is in a prime location; a mere few minutes to the shoreline and even closer to the shops. A lovely walk can be done from the house round to Polzeath along the coastal path. I couldnât recommend it enough, I had such a lovely stay here. It was so cosy by the fire and we had some great dinners in the spacious conservatory.
