Trearden is a charming three bedroom holiday home in the heart of Rock. The modern kitchen itself is very well equipped with quality facilities. For sitting together at the end of the day, there are sink-into sofas and for chilly evenings, the comfort an electric fire to keep your toes extra toasty! The soft pastel décor throughout is uplifting and attractive. There are two lovely bedrooms at the back of the house and a further single to the side, giving everyone plenty of space to relax, away from the main areas of the house. Trearden boasts a beautiful, enclosed back garden which children will love to whizz around in and where adults can lie out in the suntrap created by the high hedges either side. There is an enchanting summer house which makes for an inviting spot to curl up with a holiday read and glass of Cornish wine in the afternoon. From the elevated lawn, you can catch a glimpse of the shimmering water of the estuary to tempt you out. Wander down to Porthilly via the footpath nearby to stretch your legs and see the calm estuary glistening in the early morning light. For any runners or keen walkers, there are a few stunning round routes you can take from the house. With the golf course so close to the house, you can pack your clubs and enjoy the breath-taking views from the famous coastal course. Rock Sailing School offers the chance to learn to sail in the Camel Estuary while Camel Ski School is perfect for water-skiing or more laid back paddle boarders. To truly appreciate the marine life on the coastline, why not book a Sealife Safari which takes you around the tiny bays of the estuary; you may even be lucky enough to spot dolphins, seals or the odd whale.
