A delightful detached property, Surf Break features relaxed, modern, and spacious yet cosy reverse-style accommodation. Upon entering on the first floor, you’ll find a recently renovated, well-equipped kitchen-diner that leads into a comfortable living room and balcony. From here, enjoy tempting glimpses of the beach and surrounding countryside through the trees—perfect for a morning coffee or an early evening aperitif.

This floor also includes three of the four bedrooms, along with a family bathroom. Downstairs, the secluded master bedroom suite boasts a super king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a cosy TV area that overlooks and provides access to the patio and garden.

Also on the lower level is a utility room with a sink, washing machine, and tumble dryer, plus an additional shower room—bringing the total to four showers! The enclosed and sheltered garden, accessible via the utility room or master suite, is ideal for al fresco dining, garden games, or simply relaxing with a drink after a day at the beach or exploring North Cornwall.

The town hosts an array of excellent shops, pubs and restaurants, all offering a personal and friendly service and is home to North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. The beautiful countryside surrounding the town is criss-crossed with a network of local footpaths, amazing gardens and stately homes to explore, whilst the renowned Camel Trail passes through the town, providing 17 miles of fabulous, traffic free walking, horse riding and cycling opportunities. The stunning North Cornwall coast is within 5 miles, boasting a huge selection of beaches, rocky coves and towering cliffs to explore and the nearby town of Padstow, with its colourful harbour, pastel-washed, medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is a must.
