Sea Reach is a conveniently located chalet-style bungalow, a short stroll from one of Cornwall’s leading surfing hot spots, Polzeath Beach. Accommodating up to six people in three bedrooms, this well-equipped and comfortable holiday home is a handy dog-friendly base from which to enjoy walking, watersports and countless more outdoor pursuits.

As you enter the property into the living area, Sea Reach makes you feel welcome and at ease in an instant, with its light and airy sitting room, dining area, and kitchen seamlessly flowing together. Venture further in to this cosy and comfy home, and you will find three well-appointed bedrooms, including a super king-size double, a twin and a bunk room, where there is also a single bed to offer flexibility.

A trip to Cornwall wouldn’t be complete without some al fresco dining in the fresh air, and Sea Reach offers plenty of opportunities for this, with a dedicated patio area and picnic table. Here you will also find an outside shower which provides the perfect remedy for sandy beach equipment after a day at the seaside.

For watersports fans, hire equipment at Polzeath Beach and enjoy a surfing lesson, or head to Rock just a five-minute drive away, where you can kayak on the Camel Estuary, or catch the ferry to the foodie’s favourite, Padstow. Alternatively, head to the Camel Creek Adventure Park 13 miles away for a fun-filled family day out.

Sea Reach provides a fantastic comfortable bolthole from which to explore, and with so much to do in this beautiful area, you are sure to return again and again.

The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. There’s wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
