Sandrift is a spacious detached house with amazing sea views overlooking Polzeath surfing beach and out across the waves to Pentire Point, a lovely family home or place to stay with friends and just a short walk via a little path to the popular beach.

Located just above the stunning Polzeath beach; Sandrift is the perfect retreat for the whole family. Spend your days soaking in the sunshine, trying your hand at surfing, or exploring all the delights of North Cornwall, then come home and enjoy a quiet evening in while watching the sunset over the coast. Recently modernised, Sandrift is designed with families in mind and can be enjoyed year-round.

On entering Sandrift you will be greeted by the bright and airy open plan living area which boasts lovely sea views. The comfortable living room is the perfect place to relax after long days at the beach, with its three cosy sofas and Smart Television. The well-equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare a family feast which can be enjoyed around the large circular dining table. The small breakfast bar is a great place to catch up over a morning coffee while the little ones sleep in.

At the front of the home is a superb decked terrace with glass balustrades and ample seating; the perfect spot to indulge in your morning coffee or sip on your favourite tipple while watching the sunset. Beyond the kitchen is a cosy sun lounge; perfect for catching up on your favourite book while enjoying the stunning views from the small balcony.

There is a double bedroom and twin bedroom on the first floor which are serviced by the shared family bathroom with a shower over bath, wash basin and WC. The further two bedrooms are on the ground floor; a plush king-size bedroom and a second twin room both with their own en-suite shower rooms. Also on the ground floor is a convenient utility room with a microwave, second fridge and a handy washing machine; perfect for keeping on top of those sandy clothes. From here you are able to enter the lovely patio ideal for barbecuing and the lawned garden, great for little ones to play in.

Sandrift is within walking distance of the wonderful surfing beach of Polzeath; here there are two surf schools who also offer equipment hire, several lively cafes, intimate restaurants and a selection of shops; a truly beautiful location. Also nearby is the water sports haven of Rock where you can try your hand at sailing and water-skiing, or head over to the famous St Enodoc golf course to perfect your swing. Just a short ride away is the popular fishing port of Padstow, where there are many excellent restaurants and boutique shops.
