Our family of 7 had a great weekend break. It's in a great location (you can definitely 'spy' the sea), the bungalow itself is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Keri was a great host, friendly and professional in all communication. Would highly recommend.

7 of us enjoyed a great week in Polzeath. The house is in a good location, very quiet, but just a 5-10 minute walk to Polzeath itself (beach, shops and restaurants). Gorgeous coastal walk from Polzeath to Rock (then easy to get the regular ferry over to Padstow). Well located for Wadebrige (bigger town for supermarkets + bike hire for the Camel Trail). Short drive to lovely Port Issac and a bit further along coast for Boscastle and Tintagel. All rooms were well equipped: 4 double bedrooms, 2 en-suite, can all be split as twins or singles, very very comfortable beds. Fantastic en-suites - great showers/shower pressure 1 large main bathroom with huge bath and large walk-in shower (again great shower) Big lounge with great corner sofa - great for evening socialising and watching the sun set over the ocean. Kitchen/diner with all the equipment you could need. Not huge, but was fine for 7 adults when we stayed (full Sunday roast for 7 was easy enough to do). Large garden to the rear with very comfortable garden furniture. Well equipped 'shack' with two double beds, toilet and sink. All communications with Keri were quick and easy. Would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay here again when we're next in Cornwall.
