Thank you for an enjoyable Christmas break despite the negatives We stayed over Christmas and the first night was horrible the wind was awful howling down the chimney the security lights from the farm opposite was flashing on and off all night and the beds were so uncomfortable the facilities was not fully open and very disappointing to find out that it was actually closed for a good part of our holiday and when it was open it was only open with limited times and there was no hot food service so very disappointing as we had planned to eat breakfast etc on site the outside space with the outdoor pool was closed we would recommend that this pool is accessible in the winter for cold water swimming and the cafe open for hot food the accommodation was perfectly clean we had a few issues with the seal on the oven door kept coming off the hob was a nightmare to turn on constantly bleeping despite all the negativity we did have a lovely time and I’m sure these little niggles will be ironed out for future guests
