Lovely large properly perfect for our large group and dog. Excellent central location. Heating not working (and not checked before I our arrival) meant we have 2 visits from st ives holidays employees (lovely staff), then a visit from a plumber, then a visit from an electrician. All a bit of an inconvenience on the first few hours in the apartment. Door handle to utility room broken needed a knife or spoon to open door every time, oven door not closing properly. Rest of the house was fab. Communal entrance was not clean and full of building supplies, rubbish bags, a very large bike (some days) and the neighbours rubbish bin. Didn’t really impact our holiday but not what you expect from a luxury rental. Hope useful.
