The Quilt it self was stained if we had known we would never have slept in the bed. Most disappointing. All we did was sleep in the bed. so there should not have been the stains that we experienced on the day of leaving. The sky tv did not like being fast forwarding and the picture would freeze then everything went off. Has to keep pressing the remote to get picture to re engage. Most frustrating.

Just a couple of minor things to make the owner aware there was some damage to the decking on the balcony in the far corner, the table on the balcony has been replaced with one that is too big and hard to get a chair under. The bed in the main bedroom is advertised as king size but seemed more of a double and a bit more cupboard space for food items would be welcome but none of these things would put me off booking again.

Really close to St Ives beach and town (5 min walk) and with an allocated parking space which was great. The beaches in this area are amazing and there was loads to see and do. The apartment had everything we needed and was super clean and modern. The beds were comfy, although for the price, a king size would have been nice. The kids bedroom was really spacious which was good for our two teenagers and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen appliances were great too. It was a lovely relaxing place to stay and hang out. We were a bit concerned about any noise coming from the flats above, but it was minimal. It was lovely to wake up and be able to see the sea in the distance. I would say, it wasn't the most relaxing place to sit on the balcany, as it's ground floor and looking onto the parking bays, people did walk right past. However, to have an outside space with a view of the sea was great. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Thanks for a great stay
