Trevoda House is a stylish property close to the harbourfront in St Ives that has been beautifully decorated in a modern style throughout whilst still retaining much of the properties original character. Set over three floors with the living space and kitchen on the ground floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first and second floors. The property also benefits from a small courtyard and roof terrace with seating.

location wise, the house is situated very close to St Ives and within waling distance for older people giving them full access to the pictuerest views of St Ives, the house is just what you expect uneven floors, quirky windows, open log fire and stone floors, just what I was looking for in my view. we totally enjoyed our stay at the house, with a 89 year old and 4 month old so very different needs in the family.

What a wonderful place to stay. Loved the playroom, plenty if space for three generations or two families to comfortably spread out. Comfy beds, pillows and sofas. We would recommend and hope we can stay there again.
