We really appreciated having an air fryer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Its position overlooking Carbis Bay is the highlight with the coastal footpath literally just across the road. Highly recommended and we enjoyed our week so much that we have booked to return to Surf & Sand next year.

The balcony with seating & table is a real asset. The kitchen had a range of electrical appliances, and was well stocked with glasses and crockery. A few extra items would also be useful e.g. cafetiere, bottle-opener, knife-sharpener, metal baking trays (pyrex is versatile but does not roast as well). The property owner was very helpful during our stay. On our request they delivered extra linen (as we were there for a 2 weeks).
