We had an excellent week here. The accomodation is comfortable and the view is stunning. The location is quiet, with a terrace that is made to relax on with a drink and a book.We found a couple of good local restaurants to dine in after days out exploring the Cornish countryside.A special mention is warranted for the owner who was most helpful.

Great location. Fabulous view over Carbis Bay. On site parking a real bonus. Bed comfortable, bathroom excellent with good shower. Not very suitable for older people. High stools for dining v awkward. Sofa (bed) very uncomfortable to sit on. . Had to bring in outside chair to sit on. Wifi OK but no catch up on tv. Could never get the hob to work, but not a big issue for us. Garden overgrown. Was there supposed to be a path down to the beach? No usable BBQ. Other residents walked straight past the large panoramic window at the front but studiously avoided looking in. Deep potholes in approach road.OK, but wouldn't return.

Excellent location and view. Had a problem with room heater but was resolved by owner and neighbour above very quickly. The fridge did not have a freezer compartment as detailed in the property details folder. This is needed especially having ice for drinks. Furniture and bed were good but overall the property could do with a facelift but this did not impact the overall enjoyment of our stay. Whilst there was not a welcome pack as such, there were basics in the cupboard to be used.
