! When we walked in for the first time it was cleaned to a very high standard and smelled so fresh. It is equipped for all your needs especially the kitchen . Plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A ninja appliance for cooking and everything you could possibly need. We had mixed weather and it was lovely to sit out on the decking undercover and take in the beautiful view when we couldn't get out. It is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in in St Ives and we've been coming here for 22 years! Thankyou for a lovely stay. We had to use the carpark near the sports centre to park our campervan for the week as you would only be able to fit a small car in the parking space provided BUT it does give dimensions on the description we just didn't read it properly, believe me it was worth paying for the extra parking to stay here!

Spa facilities included at the main hotel. Main bedroom light dimmer switch didn’t work but other than this the apartment was well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

The only criticism is that the settee could be more comfortable.
