This marvellous apartment, Far Cliffs, savours an elevated position in Carbis Bay, overlooking the scenic Cornish coastline. The apartment is perfect for a group of three wanting to make the most of Cornwall with easy access to Carbis Bay's attractions and neighbouring towns, as well as boasting stunning far-reaching sea views. Be dazzled as you enter Far Cliffs and find a well-present open-plan living space. The kitchen has been fitted to a high standard and showcases high-gloss cabinets with integrated appliances, including a fridge/freezer and washing machine. Gather your group around the dining table for a tasty meal, before unwinding in the sitting area on the ample seating in front of the Smart TV; open the large balcony door to admire the remarkable view across the horizon with a hot cup of coffee or a glass of good wine. After a relaxing evening with your group, continue through the impressive dwelling to find two thought-fully laid out bedrooms, one being an elegant king-size room with tasteful furnishings and a sleek en-suite shower room. Further down the corridor is a double bed that is perfect to rest your head in; both rooms provide guests with ample storage and feature their own wall-mounted Smart TVs! Close-by is the luxurious family bathroom, covered head-to-toe with beautiful marble tiling and fitted with everything you need to prep yourself for the day. 2) The piece of metal, in the main bedroom door frame into which the latch fits, is loose and is likely to cause a problem 3) There is a 50p size brown stain on the single seater "armchair" 4) the LED lights, to the balcony, do not appear to work 5) One of the downlighters (I forget which room - sorry) stopped working whilst we were there None of the above caused us any concern, we had a great time, I simple thought real feedback is helpful I am quite happy for you to publish any or all of this feedback however, the general feedback is more for you facilities manager than relating to the quality of the stay so is your choice to publish, or not

The interior furnishings, are key for our choice, comfort is very important, so I look in detail at the visual level of comfort. The criteria is, wonderful sea views, peaceful environment, beautiful comfortable furnishings. Far Cliffs, is not the Apartment that is shown or offered on Sykes Cottages web site, nor indeed, any of the other platforms it is advertised on! The furniture has been changed and nothing is representative on your site. Indeed the Sofa and Chair set, must be the most uncomfortable set ever made! Sofa is too low, too deep, and too hard, equally the arm chairs are the same, we spend most of the week sitting on the dining chairs! They really do need changing. They Look good, please donât be deceived. I felt all my searching and cross checking of furnishings was a complete waste of time. The building site next door is something else!! Noisy, dirty, totally unacceptable for a peaceful holiday, we had the doors closed all day, but in warmer climates, it would be a terrible disappointment on all levels. Sadly for me, the reviews drop down box was not working properly, so was unable to read previous reviews and was unaware of building works. This key problem should be highlighted at the beginning of the description details, and should be reflected in the price, until the works are completed. That would be fair and upfront, not at the end of the documents where most people are likely to miss it. Far Cliffs was clean, the beds were comfy and all the appliances worked well. Would we come back. NO! not until the buildings next door are completed and they replace the lounge sofa set. Please update your websites to include the change of all furnishings, misleading and inaccurate!
