The only thing I’d change is better blinds in the bedrooms that block out more of the sunlight. I’d definitely come back to this apartment in future.

Door handle was very loose and flimsy. Everything else was ok. Was unaware that carbis holidays were the property managers could not find any helpline.

The location is great being right by the train station which helps to get in and out of St Ives if you don’t fancy the walk. Being close to Carbis Bay Hotel, the restaurants and the beach is great, the view from the property is amazing directly out to the sea and over to Godrevy Beach. We would definitely come back. However, there are improvements that can be made by the management team… first of all we went at the end of February, it was still very cold, yet the heating hadn’t been on and it was very cold in the apartment, it took 24 hours for it to heat up. Secondly, there was sand under the rug in the lounge, and the sinks were dirty, the apartment clearly hadn’t been cleaned and prepared properly. And lastly there was no welcome pack, loo roll or basic amenities upon arrival which was just poor. These can all be solved with a little more care and attention to detail, but it doesn’t leave a good impression that you look after the properties properly.
