Guests appreciate its cleanliness, cosy atmosphere, and the added touch of Christmas decorations. While there is a mention of noise disturbance, the overall sentiment is positive, highlighting the property's convenience and welcoming nature.
The cottage is consistently described as very clean, with no negative comments on cleanliness, indicating high standards are maintained.
The location is highly regarded for its proximity to shops, restaurants, and beaches. However, one mention of noise from nearby traffic slightly impacts the perfect score.
Guests find the cottage warm and cosy, especially over the New Year period. The mention of noise affecting sleep suggests comfort could be improved with better sound insulation.
There is insufficient information to accurately assess the facilities and maintenance of the property, as reviews do not provide specific details on these aspects.
The presence of Christmas decorations indicates a thoughtful touch by the hosts, enhancing the festive experience. However, as gifts are not explicitly mentioned, it is politely noted that such personal touches, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

Lovely little cottage perfect location.Only problem being the noise from the car park at the end of the road.We sleep with the window open and the traffic noise began every day around 6am,so not a relaxing holiday. Otherwise can't fault the property.
