Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests frequently commend the apartment's cleanliness, with numerous reviews highlighting its immaculate condition. One review mentioned an area beneath the sofa that was overlooked, but this appears to be an exception rather than the norm.

The location is highly praised for its fantastic views and proximity to local attractions, with guests appreciating the easy access to Carbis Bay and St Ives. The scenic walks and peaceful environment contribute to its near-perfect rating.

Comfort is well-regarded, with guests mentioning the 'amazingly comfy beds' and the 'home from home' feeling. There is a single mention of a very hard mattress in the main bedroom, which slightly affects the score.

Facilities are generally considered to be of high quality and very well-equipped. However, there are a few reports of maintenance issues, such as a non-working dishwasher, which slightly lower the score.

The thoughtfulness of the hosts is evident, with several guests expressing gratitude for the welcome gifts and extra touches. It should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, are not guaranteed for every stay.

We had a lovely time! It is impossible to fault this beautiful apartment! So cosy and well equipped, cosy and comfortable. Loved watching the wild swimmers on Boxing Day - great view from the balcony. Loved our stay and have already recommended it to friends. Until the next time.
