Set over three floors with a lounge/diner and well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a double bedroom, bunk bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and a large studio/double bedroom on the second floor with picture windows enjoying sea views.

Great location in the centre of town. Virgin Street is A stunning little street. The house is fine, there were 6 of us staying and it was plenty for us. Great holiday in the Cornish sunshine, can’t wait to visit st Ives again next year.

Great location in centre of St Ives. Easy short walk to beaches and shops. Very clean and practical house. Lack of outdoor drying area for beachwear only small downside but location more than makes up for that. Beware first time visitors to St Ives.....the seagulls may keep you awake, bring ear plugs!
