Internally the property incorporates an array of lavish features including an indoor dip pool benefiting from sea views, a sauna room and games room with cinema.

Externally Trencrom Villa is equally as spectacular, utilising its elevated position to offer spectacular views across Carbis Bay and along the coast towards St Ives. The private garden is spread across different levels providing several seating and viewing areas. The property also benefits from off-road parking for up to four cars within the secure gated development.

Positioned just one mile south of St Ives, Carbis Bay plays host to a popular family beach and is often frequented by walkers enjoying the delights and challenges of the South West Coastal Path. The neighbouring seaside resort of St Ives is renowned for its artists who constantly draw inspiration from the landscape whilst also being the home of Tate St Ives.

Trencrom Villa benefits from the location, as it is a 5 minute walk to Carbis Bay railway station. There are regular branch line trains to St Ives, which is only a 3 minute journey. St Ives can also be reached via a 1 mile walk along the glorious coastal path.

Visitors to St Ives will immediately be drawn to its beautiful coastline featuring golden sands and turquoise waters combined with a mild climate attracting visitors all year round. The narrow streets offer plenty of traditional shopping with an array of craft shops and art exhibitions around every cobbled corner.

Make the most of your time spent in West Cornwall by exploring the surrounding area. Take a day trip to Lands End, the UK’s most westerly point, or visit the fairytale island which is home to St Michael’s Mount and accessed by foot along the causeway. For a truly unique experience take in a performance under the stars at the Minack Theatre, an open air theatre perched high on the rugged cliffs.

Cafes and world class restaurants offer a fest of culinary delights and the ideal opportunity to sample the freshly caught local produce. Many offer beautiful sea views and provide the perfect setting to relax after a busy day full of discovery.
