The extensive open-plan living area encompasses the entire first floor and boasts floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, a contemporary wood burning stove and ample seating with an immense feeling of space and light. The modern and sleek kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar, the all important Nespresso coffee machine and a wine fridge. Choose to dine at the stunning dining table with its novel acrylic dining chairs, or enjoy dining al-fresco on the generous glazed balcony and enjoy the fabulous sea views, you may even spot the seals in the bay.
Ideally located in sought after St Ives, next door to the acclaimed Blue Hayes Hotel, there is plenty to see and do within walking distance. Take the coastal path downhill onto Porthminster Beach, just minutes away, and then onward to the harbour and town centre where you'll find an array of art galleries, eateries and boutique shops.

The house is in a lovely location, a short walk from Porthminster beach, with excellent views from the rear of the property and parking for one car. While the main furnishings of the house are good, it has been equipped in a rather basic way and clearly with the intention of large groups using the house for parties. As an expensive property it didn’t live up to expectations for our break as a couple as there is no garden, there is only very basic crockery with no serving dishes, bowls for nibbles or plastic storage dishes for fridge or picnics. A number of things the company said would be available and which we hadn’t brought were not (cling film, tea lights etc - indeed candles were forbidden), number of things were broken (wardrobe doors, bedside light), there were only 10.5 duvets and it was very warm, there are very few touches in the form of art work and, overall, the taste of the decor and furnishings is rather ‘bling’ and not in keeping with St Ives.
